Tryaksha Events provides event planning and management services, including but not limited to personal events, corporate events, and social gatherings.
All services are customized based on client requirements, availability, and feasibility.

• Any enquiry made through our website, phone, email, or WhatsApp is non-binding.
   
• Prices displayed (if any) are indicative only.
   
• Final pricing will be shared after understanding complete event requirements such as:
   
  • Event type and size
     
  • Location
     
  • Date and duration
     
  • Customization and services selected
     

• An event is considered confirmed only after:
   
  • Written confirmation (email/WhatsApp), and
     
  • Advance payment as agreed
     
• Tryaksha Events reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if terms are not met.
   

• Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before confirmation.
   
• Advance payment is mandatory to block the event date.
   
• Remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed timeline.
   
• Any additional services requested during the event may incur extra charges.
   

• Cancellation policies will be shared at the time of booking.
   
• Advance payments are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
   
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting expenses already incurred.
   

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate event details
   
• Obtaining necessary permissions or approvals (venue, local authorities, etc.)
   
• Ensuring timely communication and approvals
   

Tryaksha Events will not be responsible for delays or issues caused due to incomplete or incorrect information.

• Any changes to event requirements must be communicated in advance.
   
• Last-minute changes may not always be possible and may involve additional costs.
   

Tryaksha Events may use photographs or videos from events for:

• Portfolio
   
• Website
   
• Social media
   
• Marketing purposes
   

If you do not wish your event media to be used, please inform us in writing before the event.

• Tryaksha Events shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, vendor issues, or technical failures.
   
• Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the services.
   

• All content on this website (text, images, logos) is the property of Tryaksha Events.
   
• Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is prohibited.
   

We may work with third-party vendors (decorators, caterers, photographers, etc.).
While we coordinate services, Tryaksha Events is not responsible for independent vendor failures beyond reasonable control.

Tryaksha Events reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be effective once posted on the website.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
